Terms of business

Summary draft, 25 October 2026. The full terms and the software subscription agreement follow in launch step 8 and will be checked by a solicitor before use.

1. Who we are

2. Prices and payment

Prices are as published on our pricing page, exclude VAT, and are paid monthly in advance by Direct Debit. There is no setup fee unless agreed in writing.

3. Term and cancellation

Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term, then continue month to month until either side gives 30 days' written notice.

4. Delivery

We aim to put your website live within 7 working days of your content sign-off. If we miss that, your first month is free. Edit requests are completed within 2 working days.

5. AI front desk

The AI front desk gives only the price ranges you approve, always as a ballpark subject to survey. It does not make binding offers on your behalf. You are responsible for checking the ranges and information it uses and for the final price you agree with your customers.

6. Ownership

You own your domain, your content and your customer data. We own and license to you the platform, AI systems and software code we provide.

7. Software subscriptions

Software sold on subscription runs for the term stated in your order (24, 30 or 36 months), then moves to a lower support fee. If you end it early, the remaining term months are payable at 50%. Full terms are in the software subscription agreement.

8. Liability

Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
